The concept of sustainable architecture does not only involve eco-friendly materials, but with an idea that is developed from the first sketch and takes shape around a maxim: respect for the environment.

This is why our homes are designed taking into account three basic concepts:

SMART DESIGHT

The orientation of the spaces is essential, taking advantage of nature as a material part of our projects. Thanks to this, we use both solar energy and natural currents for a better control of the temperature of our home

ECO MATERIALS

We use environmentally friendly materials, both in their manufacture and their useful life. In our homes we apply products such as thermal insulation with wood chips or natural coatings based on local stone.

GREEN TECHNOLOGY

The reduction of CO2 production through technology at the service of housing. Air-conditioning and hot water systems with low energy consumption, use of solar energy, or glass with protection from sunlight make our homes a comfortable and welcoming place.

Our projects, with a modern and Mediterranean style, are mainly located in the north of the Costa Blanca, speciaully in the coastal towns of Denia, Jávea, Teulada, Moraira, Calpe or Altea, as well as interior towns, such as Pedreguer, Benissa, Llíber, Ràfol d'Almunia or Benidoleig.
